We always recommend cleaning the product according to the garment's washing instructions. Before washing, please close all zippers to protect the zipper teeth. Choose hand wash or a special hand wash program on your washing machine with the lowest possible temperature (delicate cycle 30°) and use little detergent, and do not add fabric softener. Do not bleach the material or tumble dry. After washing, it is best to hang the product wet on a clothesline and let it dry in a well-ventilated area. After drying, you can briefly steam the product at a low temperature. You can also have it cleaned at a laundromat.

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
