We recommend treating this merino wool sweater with special care to preserve its premium quality over time.

Gentle hand wash cycle at 30°C
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Reduce spin speed to the lowest setting

After washing, remove the sweater from the machine immediately, gently reshape it, and lay it flat on a dry towel. Allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not hang, as this may cause the garment to lose its shape.

Alternatively, the sweater can be professionally cleaned using a specialized, gentle dry-cleaning process.

When ironing or steaming, proceed with care and use a low temperature setting (level 1). Ideally, use a pressing cloth to protect the delicate fibers.

In Germany and Austria, you may return your items free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition, including all original packaging and tags.
