All leather parts from Frauenschuh are produced using a special eco-friendly tanning process, resulting in particularly high-quality leather. Do not treat this product in a professional dry cleaner.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For light surface dirt, gently rub the leather sides against each other. The heat generated helps impurities to be absorbed into the pores of the leather.

For heavier soiling, a professional leather cleaning should be used. Avoid any pre-treatment with cleaning agents or solvents.

To refresh the leather, we recommend airing the product overnight in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, return costs must be borne by you. Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn and in perfect condition, including all original packaging and labels.
