Knitted sweater with mountain motif - Montblanc

British artist Zoe Kronberger has collaborated with Lauren Frauenschuh to create a very special knitwear design. Harmonious yet contrasting, they merge the worlds of art and fashion in their Merino Jacquard knit. The terry knit sweater is cut loose and accentuated short, the overcut shoulder area emphasizes the casual look. The cuffs and stand-up collar were made of soft yet dimensionally stable cashmere rib knit. Slits have been inserted at the sides, which are finished with a ribbed band. They also contribute to the particularly high wearing comfort of the sweater. The Merino Extrafine wool, made in Italy, has an exceptionally light and soft feel, wears very pleasantly on the skin and is temperature-regulating.

Extra-fine merino wool is one of the most exquisite wool qualities – known for its exceptional softness, temperature-regulating properties, and luxurious wearing comfort. To preserve the natural beauty and functionality of this high-quality fiber for a long time, particularly gentle care is required.

Care instructions for merino wool:
Always wash garments made from extra-fine merino wool separately – ideally by hand or using your washing machine's special wool program – and use only a mild detergent specifically designed for wool fibers. Fabric softener should generally be avoided, as it can impair the structure of the fine fibers. After washing, remove the item directly from the machine, gently reshape it, and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry. Hanging to dry can lead to deformation and should be avoided.

To maintain the smooth surface and noble character of merino wool, we recommend carefully removing any pilling that may occur with a special wool comb or shaver. This will ensure your garment remains shapely, soft, and comfortable to wear for a long time.
